Community Classes

I currently teach community classes at St Marys Parish hall Northcote and Murrays Bay Outram Hall on Aucklands North Shore. Given the variety of clients that attend these classes, the exercises range from beginner to intermediate, with a strong focus on providing a variety of options to suit your own ability. In addition, I also maintain a strong focus on having clear and concise instructions to ensure you maximise each individual exercise. These are extremely popular classes, so I would highly encourage you to book online to avoid dissapointment!

Private 1 on 1 Class

In addition to my invigorating community group classes, I also offer personalised one-on-one Pilates sessions tailored to your specific goals and needs. My private sessions provide an exclusive opportunity to focus entirely on your unique fitness journey. Whether you seek to refine your technique, address specific concerns, or simply prefer individual attention, my private sessions offer a truly transformative experience. Coffee & Pilates

Throughout the summer months, I will be running a series of pilates classes at Kinship Cafe, in Takapuna on Auckland’s North Shore. This is a great way to start your weekend mornings off the right way with a 50 minute class followed by a coffee of your choice. If time permits, I encourage you to hang around after to mix and mingle with the others from the class. Whilst booking for group sessions isn’t mandatory, it is highly recommended in order to ensure a seamless experience.
